Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 winner Pallavi Prashanth was arrested in Hyderabad for disturbing peace near Annapurna Studios after the finale. His fans reportedly vandalized the car of show runner-up, Amardeep Chowdhary. Following the post-finale event at Annapurna Studios on December 17, where Prashanth's fans gathered, he was taken to the Jubilee Hills Police Station for further inquiry. Runner-up Amardeep Chowdary's car sustained damage without any harm to him, while vehicles belonging to contestants Geethu Royal and Ashwini Sri were also vandalized. Police intervention was necessary to control the situation. TSRTC Managing Director V. C. Sajjanar condemned the incident, terming it an attack on society. TSRTC officials filed a complaint, leading to the Jubilee Hills Police registering a case against Pallavi Prashanth, Mahaveer, and others. The charges include causing nuisance and rioting under IPC sections 147, 148, 290, 353, 427 r/w 149, and section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. The BB Telugu 7 winner is currently under 14 days of police custody.

Taken from their residence in Kolgur village, Gajwel mandal, Siddipet district, Prashanth and his brother were transferred to Hyderabad on Wednesday evening. Following a medical assessment, they were presented before a magistrate. Prashanth, originating from a farming family, enjoys a vast YouTube following of more than a million subscribers.
