Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas' collaboration is quite a deadly combination and their blockbusters like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Julayi and S/O Sathyamurthy are proof. Well, the dynamic duo has once again come together for a project, leaving the fans in a tizzy. The duo will be seen coming together for a 'Red Bus' commercial, and in case you don't remember, Allu Arjun has been its brand ambassador for a long time now.
However, this time, Trivikram Srinivas has been making it to the news for demanding a high fee. As per a Great Andhra report, the filmmaker has done nothing whatsoever for the ad other than saying Action and Cut.
The recent allegations come as a grave shock for the fans as it seems the creative was made by another team.
The latest report quoted sources suggesting that Trivikram Srinivas was paid Rs 45 lakh for the ad. It is also being alleged that the ad shoot was nothing more than a day’s work. From the looks of it, the brand ended up shelling out the whooping amount because Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas are known to possess a certain brand value.
Notably, Trivikram Srinivas’ last release, Bheemla Nayak, which starred Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, has been a hit at the ticket windows. But, many argue that he did not ‘direct’ the film and only wrote the screenplay and dialogues.
The report also mentioned that it is not known if Allu Arjun got the maker on board for the commercial.
For the unversed, Trivikram Srinivas is a celebrated filmmaker and he is known all over the South Indian film industry for his contribution. The filmmaker has also signed a movie with Mahesh Babu which is going to be the Pokkiri actor's 28th movie.
Allu Arjun, on the other hand, is currently shooting four different ads right now with various filmmakers. The picture of Trivikram and Allu Arjun from the sets of the ad has gone viral.
