Pushpa 2: The Rule actor Allu Arjun is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film. The much-awaited sequel of the 2021 film, will be releasing on August 15th. As fans are basking in the recently released hit track Pushpa Pushpa, the Tollywood actor has found himself in legal trouble. He paid an unauthorised visit to YSRCP MLA Silpa Ravi’s house on the last day of his campaigning, ahead of Andhra Pradesh’s Lok Sabha Elections 2024. On Saturday he was booked by the Nandyal Police, Andra Pradesh for the same.
Yes, you read that right! The Free Press Journal reported that Arjun’s visit to Ravi’s house led to the gathering of thousands of his fans on the road. A case has been booked against the actor and the politician as he visited the MLA’s house without permission from the constituency’s Returning Office. The case was filed on Saturday evening. For those who don’t know, Silpa Ravi sought renomination from Nandyal as the state will be going to polls on May 13, with 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh.

Free Press Journal further reports that a case has been registered under section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by a public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Two Town police station. Section 144 of the Election Code and Section 31 of the AP Police Act are also in force.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is all set to release on the big screens on August 15, 2024. Directed by Sukumar, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahaad Faasil in lead roles.
