In the wake of the second wave of CORONA Virus has hit the country again therefore in a bid to curtail the spread of the virus, the Tamil Nadu government has implemented a night curfew between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. and a complete lockdown on Sundays.
The social media influencer Kaushik has recently taken to his Twitter about the information of no night shows in the theatres and in the daytime, there will be only 50% occupancy. He captioned his twitter- “No night shows in TN theaters from today, with 50% occupancy restrictions to continue. The final evening show will begin anytime between 5 to 7 pm based on the film and its runtime. Tough days ahead, as the new content flow will dry down and current Hits will naturally lose their hold!”.

The government has also taken strict measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 in the state. So, the theatres are also affected and there will be no night shows in the theatre of the state.
