Even though the vaccine is out and quite a few have got the vaccine shot, the scare of COVID-19 is still present as more and more people are getting affected with it. Amidst all the havoc, one of the superstars Suriya Sivakumar is also diagnosed with COVID-19. Recently, he took to his Twitter handle to inform his fans that he is suffering from the novel Coronavirus and that he has started with his treatment while also reminding that life has not yet returned to normalcy.
Sharing a tweet, he wrote, “I am suffering from 'corona' infection and am receiving treatment. We will all realize that life has not yet returned to normal. Can't be paralyzed with fear. At the same time, safety and attention are essential. Love and thanks to the dedicated supportive physicians.” Filmmaker Rajsekar Pandian who shares a strong bond with Suriya has shared the latter’s tweet on his own handle. Throwing light on the same, he writes, “Dear Brothers and Sisters Anna’s fine and nothing to worry.”
After the tweet was shared, his million fans poured in wishes and speedy recovery messages. They even asked him to stay strong as everything will be okay soon. One fan said that it is a minor glitch and then he will fly like a phoenix, “Nothing will happen Surya. It's a minor glitch. Fly like a phoenix bird as always. Self-confidence = Surya” while another one said, “Get well soon Prayers for your speedy recovery”
