Albeit, Shruti Haasan had her tough days while pandemic, and now seems 2021 has been a special year for the Krack actress, and post lockdown she is all set to resume her hold projects. Shruti is an avid social media user and always interacts with her fans. In a recent update, she has uploaded a video where she can be seen getting ready for the party and pampering herself with some cosmetics, applying eye mascara, wearing lipstick, hairdo, showing shoes, camouflage lower, donning black net top, and flaunt her swag. She wrote – “Blackhearts dirty mirrors and a party for one”. The fans flooded the comment section with emojis of black hearts, love, and fire.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, she is featuring opposite Vijay Sethupathi in “Laabam” and in her upcoming movie, she can be seen romancing Prabhas in “Salaar”. The gorgeous actress Shruti Haasan is one of the only actors who have openly expressed about feeling unsafe on the sets and she says that she will never hide or shy away to be vocal about her truth.  She says “I do believe in political correctness, and by that I mean, my truth and my honesty is mine to share. I firmly believe that to have an opinion on other people’s lives and other people’s way of living is politically incorrect. Because you never know what the other person is going through. So I never say things to scandalize just because I want to portray this notion that I’m this honest person who doesn’t care what people think. I do care what people think because I don’t want to hurt them. I want to bring about good energy, and that is only done when I’m truthful about myself.” Further, she added,  “I get misquoted very often. For example, somebody recently asked me about my parents getting separated. And I said that I’m glad that they have found happiness on their own. This was quoted in the press as ‘Shruti’s very glad that her parents got separated’. Now, I understand that I run this risk (of being misquoted) but I’m not going to stop speaking my truth. I think people know me and my way of communication. I feel bad that we live in a time of headline and clickbait, but I’m still going to be saying what I want to, without hurting people.”
