The extravagant audio launch event for Aishwarya Rajinikanth's directorial venture, Lal Salaam, unfolded at Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennai. Lead actor Vishnu Vishal was also present at the event. Addressing the gathering, she opened up about the personal attacks her father, Rajnikanth, has faced recently. She mentioned her usual distance from social media but acknowledged being informed by her team about the ongoing situation and various posts circulating.

In the upcoming film Lal Salaam, Rajinikanth takes on a cameo role as Moideen Bhai. The lead roles are portrayed by Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth, supported by a talented cast including Vignesh, Livingston, Senthil, Jeevitha, K. S. Ravikumar, and Thambi Ramaiah. Scheduled for a theatrical release on February 9, 2024, the movie is highly anticipated by fans and cinephiles alike. The veteran actor recently attended Ayodhya's Ram Mandir inauguration event on January 22 where he was seen alongside legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.
