The teaser of Netflix's Tamil blockbuster movie “Navarasa” was dropped online today. Mani Ratnam's anthology is a compilation of nine stories based on nine human emotions.

Legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam and Jayendra Panchapakesan have teamed up to produce an anthology called “Navarasa” for Netflix. Today, on July 9, Netflix revealed the teaser of “Navarasa” and disclosed that the anthology will stream from August 6.  The leads actors featuring in the Tamil movies are Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi, Prakash Raj, Arvind Swami. The title of Tamil blockbuster movie “Navarasa” conveys that it is an anthology of nine stories based on nine emotions. As per the concept, these nine movies are directed by Gautham Menon, Vasanth, Priyadarshan, Bejoy Nambiar, Karthik Subbaraj, Arvind Swami, Karthick Naren, Rathindran Prasad, and Sarjun KM. The music is composed by AR Rahman, D Imman, Ghibran, Arul Dev, Karthik, Ron Ethan Yohann, Govind Vasantha, and Justin Prabhakaran for different stories.

The makers have decided that money collection from “Navarasa” will be donated to the artisans of the Tamil film industry.
