Titled " Kaathodu Kaathanen" became the fastest video in YouTube history to surpass 18 million views. Recently, he has posted a still picture announcing that the music Kaathodu Kaathanen has earned praise from music lovers. He captioned the post – “#KaathoduKaathanen 18million views..@gvprakash na Musical..” The fans made it so successful and re-tweeted the post.

The video had crossed 18 million views in the few hours of being shared and it has been liked by more than a million YouTube users. On the professional front, G V Prakash is a film score and soundtrack composer, actor, and singer. He has mainly composed music for Tamil films. His first film was S Pictures' Veyil released in 2006 and became popular in Tamil cinema by the early 2010s. Later, he joined hands for film production and acting too.
