The Tamil actress Raiza Wilson went under serial cosmetic procedures from Dr. Bhairavi Senthil. After a few weeks, Dr. Bhairavi Senthil received a legal notice from actress Raiza stating that the cosmetic treatment went wrong and the actress demanded compensation of One crore.

In a press conference organized in Chennai, Dr. Bhairavi Senthil suppressed the allegation imposed by actress Raiza and informed her that it was not a routine cosmetic procedure but also included a procedure to illuminate facial beauty. Further, she said, the actress Raiza Wilson came to their clinic a couple of times previously. She liked the procedures she underwent and on her own will, she continued the procedure in Dr. Bhairavi Senthil's beauty clinic. Later, Dr. Bhairavi Senthil also informed that she has also filed a defamation suit against  Raiza Wilson of five crores at Madras High Court.

Furthermore, Dr, Bhairavi Senthil informed, "She had visited our clinic for different procedures thrice. The first time she took treatment from us was on July 18, 2020, after which she followed it up on March 25, 2021. The third time she took our service was on April 16. A day later, she took to her Instagram account to accuse us of the treatment gone wrong. After a few days, we had sent her a notice through an advocate asking her to apologize in three days' time. Later, we got to know through the media that she has filed a case against us seeking compensation of one crore. Now, we have filed a defamation case against her for five crores."

Also, added that she failed to understand why the actress is trying to defame their beauty clinic. She also said that she has already briefed the actress about the do’s and don’ts post-cosmetic procedure.  As per her words, "It wasn't a facial treatment she took, but a few other procedures, including dermal fillers. Swelling and redness on the cheek aren't unusual after the procedures. We had also asked her not to smoke, drink, take unnecessary, and indulge in rigorous exercises which would lead to skin issues. Moreover, Raiza had also told us that she has been taking the same procedures from other doctors for the last 10 years."
