In the wake of the deadly coronavirus outbreak that has brought the world to a halt and people are posting workout videos on social space, Pollywood actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh asks fans to do the total opposite on Wednesday in an Instagram post.
While the diktat during the nationwide lockdown followed is to stay indoors and avoid gatherings, the 'Good Newz' actor asked fans to eat, drink and chill as he posted a picture along with the message where he is holding up a placard that read 'Stop Posting Your Home Workouts' while donning a yellow turban teamed with a casual black t-short.
He captioned the picture as, "KHAO PEEO AISH KARO MITRO..WorkOut’An Ch Ki Rakheya."
Diljit is not just a massive star in Pollywood, but is also a renowned Bollywood actor and singer.
Not just the Pollywood film industry, but the COVID19 pandemic has affected the world as well.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday called for a 21-day lockdown to counter the spread of the virus. In India, there are already in excess of 500 positive cases and the number is on the rise.
Like Bollywood, Pollywood actors are also supporting the move and staying in self-isolation during difficult times. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has labelled it as a 'pandemic' recently. Italy, Germany, and China are some of the countries that have been the biggest victims of the virus.
