Kartar Cheema was all set to kick start the shoot of his upcoming movie ‘Defaulter’, but now the shoot of the same has been postponed by the makers. According to ETimes report, an exclusive video has been shared by the actor stating that shooting of the film has been stopped as of now due to the deadly Coronavirus outbreak.

In the exclusive ETimes video, the actor said, "As you know that Coronavirus is widespread; and considering the same we have postponed our shooting (of 'Defaulter'). We will be starting it may be a month later, as obviously we will not stop to work. However, to shoot at crowded places, or visit a crowded place, eating from outside is not safe for us, and even if one person gets affected, everyone catches infection through him or her. Thus, I request everyone to postpone even their schedules for some time. I agree it will lead to loss, but nothing is more important than life."

The film ‘Defaulter’ is directed by Avtar Singh and the producers of the film are Mansi Singh, Gurjit Singh, Apoorv Ghai, Sarb Gill and Ranjiv Singla. The film is slated to hit the theatres in 2020.
