At the 2024 Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, SZA, and Billie Eilish emerged as victorious in various categories among the 94 presented on Sunday. The awards were distributed across two distinct ceremonies held in Los Angeles. The 'Blank Space' hitmaker achieved album of the year for Midnights, marking her as the first individual to secure this award four times. During the earlier segments of the event, Swift also clinched the best pop vocal album, using the opportunity to reveal her upcoming album in her acceptance speech. (Harry Styles' Harry's House had won the award the previous year).
The song 'What Was I Made For?' from Barbie, penned by Billie Eilish O’Connell and Finneas O’Connell, secured the title of Song of the Year, having previously won the Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media at the Premiere Ceremony. Victoria Monét earned the accolade for Best New Artist. Miley Cyrus celebrated her first Grammy victory by accepting the award for Best Pop Solo Performance for her chart-topper 'Flowers.' Later in the ceremony, she claimed her second Grammy, this time for Record of the Year.
