Looks like stardom has got the better of Arijit Singh. The singing sensation was chatting with his fans on Twitter and like a lot of them, this fan expressed his desire to meet him.
The fan also offered to bring him yummy Konkani food. “I'll bring mamma ke hath ka special konkani food for you.. Please dnt let it go waste... So pleaseee allow us to meet you (sic).”

Instead of turning down the offer politely, the singer shot back and asked the fan to stay out of his personal space. “No gifts and foods please.. it will go waste for sure.. don't get inside my space.. it's full (sic).”

Prior to this, Arijit had let down his fans when they gifted him a guitar on his birthday which falls on April 25. His well-wishers had got a certain name engraved on the instrument, which did not go down well with Arijit.
He took to Twitter to pen a lengthy post about how this move hurt him and he wouldn’t use the guitar.
"I name my guitar and it is only me who can do it to my guitars. No one has the right to break my personal space as I don't have a space for this emotion, I have enough attachments already. You should not pile it on me," said Arijit in the post.
"I respect your true genuine love towards my music as well as my life... I sometimes think of leaving the industry but then struggle to come back and do my job just to finish the Marathon," read the post further.
Arijit then requested fans to step into his shoes to understand what he is saying. “Please take me as a reflection of yourselves. How would you feel if someone is pushing his/her biggest importance in your life although you don’t want it as you are filled with all the emotional aspects in your life...”
In a separate set of tweets, he said, "I would have still used it if it was not encrypted. I encrypt my guitars and no one else please. This was the writing I was talking about. Which took more than a month. I wanted to say despite everything I adore and respect you all, my listeners... I was feeling bad to say this. I thought I will explain first. I still wish the guitar was not encrypted and I would have got it via courier. But whatever it is. It was sweet of all of you to wish me."
Coming back to the story, Arijit seriously needs to respect his fans!
