The country is facing a huge crisis for the availability of beds in hospitals during the second wave of COVID-19. There is a foundation called “Youth of India” taking the initiative of “Find A Bed”. The foundation will provide information on the availability of beds in the hospital of the respective city of Maharashtra. They run a campaign in association with celebrities of the Marathi Entertainment Industries.
Akshay Bardapurkar is a very popular name in the Marathi entertainment world. He is the man behind launching Planet Marathi, India’s first OTT platform that caters exclusively to the Marathi language. He has launched many newcomers and helped in shaping their acting careers. Presently due to COVID-19, the country is facing a crisis over medical facilities and Akshay has become an ambassador of a campaign called “Find a Bed” to help with the information for COVID-19 patients. He is an avid social media user and recently on his Instagram handle he updated with information of initiative taken by a foundation to find beds for COVID-19 patients.

The most acclaimed Marathi actress Sai Tamhankar also joins hands with the foundation to help COVID-19 patients. She also tweeted the information about how this organization works. She also can be seen in the campaign “Find a bed” as a “Cause Ambassador”. She updated this information on her tweeter handle and urged people to stay safe.
