Fat is one of the major concern in every age group. There are lot of myths runs behind the increasing fats in the body and one such is consumption of ghee. But is it true that including ghee in your meal is not correct. Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shares her thoughts on the same.
Bursting the myth, she says that traditional food like ghee should be included in your meal.
Talking about the benefits of the ghee, she said that it is filled with lot of vitamins and boost our immune system which is the need of the hour.
"Ghee allows your access necessary fast. Ghee is filled with vitamin D- good for immune system and vitamin A-good for its eye sight," she further said.
Rujuta Diwekar also said that one should start their day with nuts and fruits. She is known for diet recommendations.
