Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh in a recent interview opened up about the claims that his PR team allegedly misbehaved with a journalist. As per some media reports, a reporter was thrown out of a hotel by the actor’s bouncer in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Yes, you read that right! Riteish, who was unaware of this incident, has now apologized for the same. The actor explained that he along with his wife Genelia had gone to seek blessings at a temple and that was not the place to talk about movies.
News 18 quoted Riteish as saying, “I apologise if you feel that you have been insulted by us. I had not organised any meeting. I have been married for 11 years, but we did not come to take a darshan (of the temple) together. So, we came to visit the temple. This is not the place to talk about movies. Riteish Deshmukh is regarded as among the most talented actors in the Film industry. He is known for his perfect comic timings. After 10 years, the Masti actor has collaborated with his wife Genelia for the Marathi film 'Ved', which will be directed by Ritiesh himself. The project would mark Genelia’s debut in the Marathi cinema. Reportedly, Salman Khan will be seen in a special cameo appearance in the movie.
Besides this, Riteish also has the upcoming horror comedy 'Kakuda' with Sonakshi Sinha and Saqib Saleem and Sajid Khan's comedy '100%' alongside John Abraham, Nora Fatehi, and Shehnaaz Gill in the lineup.
