‘Sairat’ fame Rinku Rajguru has become an icon of confidence and dashing personality in Marathi girls. She played strong female characters in ‘Sairat’ and ‘Kagar’ that challenged society and its perception of what is acceptable. She portrayed a strong woman, a free-spirited girl, a dreamer and a girl who works hard to achieve what she dreams. 

She will now be seen challenging one more perception of the society in her upcoming film ‘makeup’. In this film, she portrays the role of a woman who does everything that is not acceptable for a girl in view of modern society, A dashing Rinku gets drunk, curses, fights, ends up hungover at her fiancee’s apartment, curses the world in a half-drunk state from a half-constructed building, etc. 

Rinku Rajguru recently took it to Instagram to share her views about ‘Makeup’. Not just the one women put on their skin for glamour, but the one they use as a mask to face different situations. A different ‘you’ for every situation. This is not a facade behind which the women hide, this is a mask of security that they own! The one that is a weapon for beauty and for confidence. The excitement about the film was already on the peak when we saw the fifty-seven-second trailer of Rinku Rajguru’s most awaited upcoming film 'Makeup'. Now this video makes us more curious as to what the film is all about. 

Ganesh Pandit who has given hit films like 'Balkadu', 'Bandh Nylon Che' 'Yellow', 'Hichki' and 'Love You Zindagi', is all set to make this film a success. The film 'Makeup' is presented by Sohan Rockstar Entertainment, Bala Industries Entertainment Pvt.ltd, and Green Apple Media. 'Makeup' is coming to theatres in the new year on 7th February 2019. 

Rinku’s last release 'Kaagar' directed by National award-winning filmmaker, Makarand Mane gained tremendous fame due to the rocking lead pair of Rinku and Shubhankar Tawde. Rinku’s ‘Sairat’, helmed by Nagraj Manjule, was a success not just in Marathi audience but the film also inspired Bollywood to make a remake in Hindi called ‘Dhadak’.
