Ravi Jadhav is one of the prolific names in the world of Marathi and Indian cinemas today. He made his smashing debut into the glitzy world with his directorial debut Natarang featuring Atul Kulkarni and Sonalee Kulkarni in the lead which was a box-office hit.
The actor/ director recently shared the heart-wrenching news of his father Harishchandra’s sad demise by writing a Eulogy in his post. Ravi addressed that his father died tragically at their home back in Dombivali on 9th Saturday due to a minor illness. His post read, “Our father Mr Harishchandra Bhikaji Jadhav died tragically due to a minor illness at his home in Dombivali on Saturday 9 January 2021. Thank you to all our friends, relatives, well-wishers and Kase villagers for supporting us Jadhav family in this difficult time. Our father used to always laugh and play. Even today, they will be a beautiful butterfly near the temple of Shri Dev Gajanan in Kase Village. Ravi’s colleagues and friends from the industries like Sonalee Kulkarni, Amruta Khanvilkar, Rahul Deshpande, Prasad Oak, Kashmira Pardeshi sent their condolences to the grieving star on the post. On the work front, he will be seen directing the movie Chhatrapati Shivaji based on the life of the legendary Maratha Emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj starring Riteish Deshmukh in the lead role.
