Lalit Prabhakar is one of the most promising new Marathi actors in the industry. Only a few films old, Lalit has given blockbuster hits in every role. The latest movies in which Lalit Prabhakar has acted are Medium Spicy, Smile Please, Anandi Gopal, Hampi, and TTMM Tujha Tu Majha Mi.

The actor has collaborated with a path-breaking filmmaker Shilpa Krishnan Shukla. The director united a number of talented actors across India and created a virtual film from their respective isolated location. Marathi actor Lalit Prabhakar was her choice to play a pivotal character opposite actress Aishwarya Kumar.

Ecstatic, Lalit announced the news to his fans on social media. He wrote, “I have a strong belief that one crazy person attracts another crazy person especially when it is at a film festival (I met @shilpakrishnanshukla at the IFFK). 😁I am extremely honored to be working with such a passionate lady who is a wonderful storyteller and a fantastic human being. Looking forward to working with my first female director and couldn't be more proud! As fate joined our dots, you guys stay tuned for the upcoming film. The fifth and final episode of Dots @aishwarya_kumar8 @sunnoaishaa #dots #webseries #shortfilm #virtualfilmmaking”.

Shilpa while talking about Lalit says, “I met Lalit at the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) last December during the screening of Kathaah@8. Lalit is a very popular actor from the Marathi film industry and critically acclaimed for several films, including "Anandi Gopal" representing which he was at IFFK. He was super down to earth and friendly, and when this idea of remotely making a web series came up, Lalit jumped on board without hesitation! I am so excited to have him - an actor par excellence and a wonderful human being - as part of Team Dots!
