‘Anya’ is a Bi-lingual film starring Raima Sen with Atul Kulkarni, Prathamesh Parab, and Bhushan Pradhan. This film will be presented in both Hindi and Marathi. The film’s star cast also includes stalwarts like Tejashree Pradhan, Govind Namdev, Yashpal Sharma, Sunil Tawade and Krutika Deo.

This film revolves around the dark and shady world of human trafficking. It delves into the ground realities of the core issue around this crime and how our society treats the ‘Anya’ or the ‘others’ today. 

The first look of the film is now revealed by Prathamesh Parab. Capital Wood Pictures and Initiatives Films will present ‘Anya’ in March 2020. The date is yet to be revealed. The screenplay is also done by director Simmy Joseph, Mahendra Patil has penned the dialogues. 

‘Timepass’ fame ‘Dagdu’ Prathamesh Parab is has won the hearts of many with his amazing performance in films like ‘Timepass’, ‘Balak Palak’ and ‘Takatak’. He is back with another fun character in Simmy Joseph’s ‘Anya’. Atul Kulkarni’s comeback to Marathi cinema with ‘Anya’ is bound to be a powerful one. While Raima Sen is debuting in Marathi, Bhushan, Tejashree, Krutika are also talented faces that will showcase their talent in this film. 

While this film has finished its shooting and post-production is soon wrapping up and we will get to witness this reality-based drama on silver screens.
