Just yesterday we snapped Kareena Kapoor Khan in her look for her next titled Laal Singh Chaddha co-starring Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan. Shooting in Punjab, this true Punjabi at heart just couldn’t miss to hog on to Punjab’s special delicacy makhan, roti and saag. A picture shared by her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar on her Instagram handle has Kareena relishing it and how! She also penned a long post justifying Kareena’s eating habit and still striking an amazing balance of fitness and her foodie aspect.
Mentioning in her post about one should eat according to their hungry pangs and not according to the measurement, she also wrote, “And really, all you need to do for that is to keep calm and eat makhan-roti-saag. P.S- - Makhan-roti-saag coz right now #kareenakapoorkhan is in Punjab.- This is for dinner. The Makhan, saag and roti and the quantities in the picture do NOT depict how much she eats.
