Recently, the bollywood fittest actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty who is known for her toned body, took to her Instagram to share some back stretches which helps to strengthen your back. While sharing the pist she wrote, “It’s important to keep stretching and strengthening the back to avoid any long-term, severe pain. It strengthens the back & enhances body posture. It also relieves back pain & relaxes the back muscles, while opening up the lungs.”

Chakravakasana
Chakravakasana or the cat-cow pose helps to warm up your body and brings flexibility to the spine.
