Take a look at her post:

Side plank
Earlier last week, Bhagyashree showed us how to do side plank to strengthen the core and legs. This exercise works on the obliques with the gluteus medius and stablishing the hips. Side planks helps in improving the body posture and balance.

Here’ how you can do side plank:

*Lie down on your right side while extending your legs. Make sure to keep your elbow of your right arm under your shoulder.

Keep your head straight directly in the line of your spine and your left arm alinged the left side of your body.

*Now exhale and slowly lift up your knees and hips, ensuring to form a torso in a straight line with no sagging and bending. Hold the position for some time.

Backbend
Backbend helps in opening up the shoulders and chests  beside strengthening the back, improving postures. Backbend is also a way of keeping your brain and heart healthy by releasing tension stored in mour muscles.

*Stand on your feet width apart. Now engage all of the muscles in your legs, focus on drawing your knee caps up.

Keep your hands on your lower back.

Now inhale as you lift up through the crown of your head.

Exhale and make your spine bend a bit and go as far as it is comfortable for the body.

Keep your abs engaged in the pose.
