Shweta Tiwari who took a brief break from the screen has pounced back as she is currently starring in Mere Dad Ki Dulhan show and web show, Hum Tum and Them. The actress is pretty busy with her work commitments but also makes some time for maintaining a healthy lifestyle who looked extremely fit and toned. Speaking of which, Shweta recently took to her Instagram account and told her fans how she received messages from the fans, asking about her flab to fab journey. She revealed that she weighed 73 kilos and was desperate to lose weight post her delivery, said the actress in her Instagram post. She shared a long note mentioning how she lost oodles of weight and how her dietician helped her to shed those extra kilos.
While sharing a few pictures on her feed, she wrote, “A question I get asked frequently is how I kick started my weight loss, after my delivery! I was at 73kgs and I desperately needed to lose that weight before starting ‘Hum Tum and Them’ in order to fit my character. I was way too occupied with my new born then to truly commit to exercising.”
She then mentioned her dietician who helped her shed weight and how she went through the process of losing her weight, she then continued in her post, “So if I’m being honest the only thing that helped me shed the 10 kgs was @kskadakia brilliant diet, even though now it’s a combination of strenuous exercising along with my dietician’s @kskadakia recommended diet, But.. I initially dropped the 10kgs of weight solely through @kskadakia allocated plan, I really am lucky that I found her when I did because she’s truly accommodated all my cheat days into a plan that’s overall very beneficial and still very fun to devour on a day to day basis, I’m never bored of my diet, and always looking forward to my next meal and that’s key.”
Later, she mentioned how this post is not a promotional one and a genuine reply to all the DMs she was getting for fitness, “NO!NO! This is NOT a promotional post! This is a genuine Reply to all the DMs I get!”
