Kartik’s diet plan
Kartik is a pure vegetarian and his diet is very simple. Although, he says that for vegetarian people there is less option of consuming protein. While protein is extremely necessary for building muscles and for maintaining a fit body. For protein intake, Kartik takes cheese, soybeans, lentils and some milk products. Apart from this, he is not that strict and selective about food. He also eats outside once a week. He likes to have French fries and sweets, but to stay fit now he avoids sweets and junk foods. In every two hours, he eats something healthy. Low carbs and high protein diet are included in his routine diet plan. He also does not take coffee and tea every day, he prefers to take green tea instead. Green tea helps to remove toxic substances by strengthening metabolism.
However. Kartik says that he always keeps himself hydrated to maintain his energy level. For this, he starts his morning with lemonade which melts the excess fat from the body and also keeps him hydrated.
