Actress Lara Dutta Bhupati is ringing in her 42nd birthday today. Former Miss Universe was last seen in 'Welcome to New York', is currently spending her quarantine with family. Lara has been part of some of the biggest blockbusters like Singh in Kinng and Housefull along with Akshay Kumar. Lara is also reading many scripts and her fans may see her on screen too. Undoubtedly, she is one of the fittest actress in Btown and she is definitely proving that age is just a number. Lara Dutta is an early bird. She oftenly hits the gym. In an interview with a leading magazine, she revealed that she follows three-day weight training and a three-day yoga schedule, and she does cardio six-day a week. She works out for 90 minutes a day. Before hitting the gym, she is most likely to chug in a cup of green tea, and have an apple or banana. And her post workout plan typically includes egg whites and wholemeal toast or oats pancakes and a green juice. 


The Housefull actress is an avid yoga practitioner, and makes sure to practice yoga at least thrice a week for about 90 minutes. She's been practicing yoga since 15 years. Once in an interview she'd said that yoga helped her to loose post pregnancy weight effectively. For Lara, cheat diets are strict no-no, even while loose post pregnancy weight she prefers very healthy and balanced diet. She has divided her breakfast in two parts, one around 7am and other around 9am. When she wakes up in the morning, she starts her day with lemon and water which triggers her metabolism. Lara is a true vegan, and prefers eating salads and green vegetables. The actress keeps her body hydrated throughout the day by sipping into nutritional beverages like green tea, coconut water, protein shakes and smoothies.
