Mukesh and Nita Ambani's, Antilia is India's most talked about residences, which is located in South Mumbai's Altamount Road. The skyscraper was designed in consultation with American architecture firms Perkins and Will & Hirsch Bedner Associates, which is believed to world's second most valuable residential property after Buckingham Palace.
Anitilia has 27 floors, each with extra high ceilings, making it as tall as 60 storey building. What makes the Ambani's Anitilia to draw attention is its impressive array of special features. Anitilia was constructed to be able to withstand with the earthquake upto eight on Richter scale. It also has 3 Helipads, a theatre that accommodates 80 guests, a spa, a garage for 168 vehicles, a ballroom, and terrace gardens.
