The weekend is finally here, folks and the binging can begin in full swing! With a host of new titles on every streaming service, we help you cut through the clutter and figure out what you should be watching, this weekend. Let’s get started!

1. The I-Land - Netflix

Netflix’s latest show could well be an episode of Black Mirror. Reminiscent of popular show, Lost, the show begins with a group of strangers waking up on a deserted island. The plot twist? None of them remember how they got there. Will nature turn on them? Will they turn on each other? More importantly, will they ever get out? The I-Land promises to be a thrilling ride that answers all these questions.

2. The Mind, Explained – Netflix

A spin-off of the popular Netflix and Vox series, Explained which dug into a range of topics in 15-20 minute snippets is the latest series, The Mind, Explained. Like the name suggests, this one delves into the workings of the human mind and phenomena that are known to us but we don’t know much about like dreams, anxiety etc. What’s a great added bonus is that all the episodes are narrated by none other than Emma Stone.

3. Mission Over Mars – Zee5/ALTBalaji

After Chandrayaan 2 came to a heart-breaking end recently, if you need something to lift your spirits, Mission Over Mars might be the right show to watch. Like Mission Mangal, this is based on a historic true story about a team of female scientists who led India to a stunning victory. Starring some of the biggest names in television like Sakshi Tanwar and Mona Singh, this one promises to be worth the watch.
