The Shakuntala Devi trailer which released a while back received some rave reviews from the audiences as Vidya Balan showcased how a boring subject like Math can be fun and interesting. With this concept, the movie buffs are quite intrigued by the film. And well, this Math wiz Vidya Balan might be seen taking a class of an Indian cricketer and he is none other than Irfan Pathan. The actress shared a glimpse on her Instagram account where she mentioned how she will be connecting with Irfan Pathan on show Cricket Connected and she will also be asking some Math questions to the cricketer.
In the video, she connects with Irfan via video call where he expressed his excitement to watch the film and to interact with the actress. Speaking about her role and how the makers have portrayed the character’s zest for life, Vidya Balan was quoted saying by Mid-Day, "We both know how to laugh our heart out. When Anu (Menon, director) came to me, I assumed it's the story of the math wiz, but with the script, I unearthed the person behind the genius. She lived her life on her own terms. She wanted to reach for the stars and did not want to be made feel guilty about being an overachiever.”

Meanwhile, Shakuntala Devi also stars Sanya Malhotra, Amit Sadh and Jisshu Sengupta who will be essaying the role of Shakuntala Devi’s husband. The film will be releasing on Amazon Prime on July 31.
