Since the teaser of Dhamaka dropped on 2 March, Kartik Aaryan has been showered with praises from all corners. The actor's performance in the one-minute-long clipping grabbed a lot of attention and is one of the most anticipated films of Kartik's. Even the teaser of the film reached the number one spot on YouTube’s trending list within a day of its release.

The 30-year-old actor who’s always done a magnificent job in his romantic comedy film is all set to surprise the audience with a new avatar in Dhamaka. The actor’s mighty impressive act is something to look out for in the film.
Now SpotboyE has exclusively learned that the Love Aaj Kal 2 actor has been paid a whopping amount for the film. A source close to the project says, "Kartik was paid Rs 18 crore for Dhamaka. This was at a time when he had also signed Dostana 2. The makers are really happy with his work and felt he earned it."  Aaryan had officially announced the film on his 30th birthday last year. This is one of the fastest films to be made; it was wrapped up in just 10 days. Meanwhile, Filmmaker Ram Madhvani who is collaborating for the first time with Kartik couldn't stop praising the actor. He took to his Instagram story and wrote, “Kartik Aaryan gave his all to my way of working which I call the 360-degree system. His involvement, passion, and precise calibration as an actor is something I hugely respect. He makes the work better. Dhamaka is an official remake of the 2014 South Korean film The Terror Live and is expected to release in the month of August on Netflix.
