Money Heist Season 4 also known as La Casa de Papel in Spanish, was one of the much-anticipated Netflix shows and also one of the most-viewed shows on OTT in 2020 as well. When season 4 was released which was during the lockdown, fans binged watched it like crazy that they finished it in just matter of days. However, as the show gains popularity, fan theories follow after the particular season ends and well. Money Heist is no different as fans broke their head and brought it some crazy theories that they are expecting to see in season 5.
Well, the ending of season 4 was quite dramatic but the one thing that people enjoyed the most was the reunion of the team. As all the members of the heist were reunited, people suspect that Tokyo's time on the show is nearing its conclusion. Even though she is the main lead who is narrating the show since day 1, viewers doubt that she will be seen in the fifth season as they have got a clue. Even though season 5 has officially not been announced by Netflix, the fans are still making theories of it. However, amongst many, one that really caught our attention was Tokyo’s (played by Ursula Corbero) death in season 5, if there is any.
According to a Reddit user london_robber, they suggested Tokyo would get out of the ongoing heists without any problems. The fan wrote: "Tokyo in part five? You know how at the end of season four they get Gandia to lie that he eliminated both Nairobi and Tokyo. "Isn’t this going to have a purpose in the next season as the police aren’t going to be aware that Tokyo is still alive and heisting." (sic) To which some fans responded and one fan wrote, "I don't know if Tokyo's death would matter much to the police anymore.” This doubt came when Gandia told the police Tokyo had been killed.
The fan further wrote, "They're probably more worried about Sierra's escape as she was their negotiator and now they need to find a replacement for her even though she was deemed most qualified for this job. (also government secrets and being a fugitive)." They continued: "I also think its because the police are no longer going to bother with trying a break-in as they've realized that it is futile and Professor will just keep on outsmarting them. I think they will take Sierra's advice and go for the gold instead. So it doesn't matter who's alive or dead as long as Gandia is because he is the only one who can orchestrate an attack from inside and ruin any future plans."
