Late actor Irrfan Khan was one of the most talented and finest actors not only in Bollywood but in Hollywood as well. The actor has done some renowned movies in the West that gave him global recognition. The actor passed away last year and he left his incredible and diverse films behind. Adding more to his filmography, his last International film, titled, Doob is currently streaming on OTT giant Netflix. An author named Aseem Chhabra who has written Khan's biography titled 'Irrfan Khan: The Man, The Dreamer, The Star' took to his Twitter handle to share that the late actor’s last international film Doob is streaming on the OTT platform.
Reviewing his film and saying that he is really good in the film, his tweet read, “One of #IrrfanKhan’s last international projects - the 2017 Bangladeshi film #Doob is now streaming on @NetflixIndia. A rare “negative” role by Irrfan, he’s really good in this film and he speaks in Bengali Grinning face. I wrote extensively on this film in my book on Irrfan.” Reportedly, the film has bagged an independent jury award at the 39th Moscow International Film Festival and has also been nominated for Golden Goblet Awards at Shanghai International Film Festival just before release.
Apart from Doob, Irrfan Khan's last film The Song Of Scorpions is slated to release this year. However, SpotboyE.com has reviewed the film and gave The Song Of Scorpions 3.5 stars.
Irrfan Khan died on April 29, 2020, due to colon infection. He was diagnosed with the neuroendocrine tumour two years back and got treated.
