After being surrounded by controversies, episodes of Karan Johar’s much-anticipated Netflix original series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives was dropped on the OTT platform, yesterday. The episodic show will give us a sneak-peek into the lives of 4 star wives- Chunky Panday’s wife Bhavna Panday, Sohail Khan’s wife Seema Khan Sanjay Kapoor’s wife Maheep Kapoor and a former actress Neelam Kothari. The Bandra Bollywood wives gang is seen sharing the anecdotes and spilling the beans about their luxurious life. Now in one of the episodes of Bollywood Wives, Neelam is seen talking about getting a facelift while sharing a ‘scary’ experience.
Neelam has been away from the media glare for more than 20 years now. After making her debut with Jawaani in 1984, she became a household name in 1999's family drama Hum Saath Saath Hai. Now Neelam has made a comeback with KJo’s show which is trending for all the right reasons. In one of the episodes, Neelam is seen deciding upon making a comeback to the film industry and getting all ready for that.
While talking about getting a facelift, she revealed that one can actually feel that filling is going into your cheeks.
In the show, Neelam is heard saying, “Finally I’m doing this, it’s actually not a big deal. I mean, everybody’s doing it. I don’t know why I get nervous, I get anxious. Monica (doctor) took out the syringes, that’s when I went into panic mode. Okay, I was like “oh my god I’m actually doing this.” I need someone to hold my hand. You can actually feel the filler going into your cheeks which is quite scary."
