Filmmaker Nitin Kakkar helmed digital film Ram Singh Charlie premiered on SonyLiv platform on August 28, 2020. Starring Kumud Mishra and Divya Dutta in pivotal roles, the film spoke about an individual who is employed in Circus and how his life goes topsy turvy after the circus manager decides to shut it down. The trailer of the movie is all about Kumud and Divya’s onscreen character's journey to get circus back into the lives of the people ultimately delivering entertainment.
In an exclusive conversation with the cast, SpotboyE.com host Manish Batavia, when quizzed the actress about knowing people who just like Ram Singh come from a small town in the film whose dreams are left shattered, unfulfilled. To which the actress replies, she knows many such people, she said, “In fact as you rightly said 90% of people who come here either come here to become actors or model or just get into the direction and so on.” Further adding she says it is only 2-3% of people who turn their dreams into reality but not at a lightning fast speed, they too take a long time.
Also adding further with ultimately few of them settling down for something else helping them earn their bread and butter, while some return to the places they came from. Watch video from 14 minutes 50 seconds below-
The actress also added further, she too began her journey which is full of hardships, but when she meets the one who gave up on hope, she expresses gratitude towards things she achieved.
