Actress Blake Lively is getting attached to some of the interesting projects soon to be making its way in the OTT space. As per reports in Deadline.com, the actress will be seen in the screen adaptation of psychological thriller novella by Marcus Kliewer, We Used to Live Here. The actress, along with playing the lead role, shall also co-produce the film with Kate Vorhoff via Lively’s B for Effort banner, also on board as producers are Ground Control Entertainment’s Scott Glassgold, and 6th & Idaho’s Matt Reeves and Adam Kassan.
This deal by Netflix is a hefty six figures deal; it was published under Reddit’s nosleep feature. It is a story of a person returning to his childhood home now occupied by a couple with their kids, only to find everything being changed. Followed by the visitor along with his family getting stuck in the house due to a snowstorm and how things are turn weird and the current house owner’s wife regrets opening the door for them. As per reports novella, We Used to Live Here’s rights will be auctioned soon.
The Gossip Girl actress recently signed a deal to act and co-produce the adaptation of Lady Killer, it is based on the comic series, Dark Horse.
