The Fast and Furious franchise, a series of action films is running strong with eight movies so far featuring illegal car racing, heists and spies. According to Variety, the famous Fast and Furious film series that features Vin Diesel in a lead role will conclude after the eleventh movie. The report stated that filmmaker Justin Lin, who directed the ninth instalment of the franchise will helm the final two instalments as well. Speaking of filmmaker Justin Lin, he has also directed The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five, and Fast and Furious 6, other than F9.
Talking about the Fast and Furious franchise, there have been eight films in total, in the series that have released. F9 stars Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Lucas Black, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron and Sung Kang, and will welcome John Cena to the franchise. The ninth instalment will hit theatres on April 2, 2021, after the release in May, 2020 was postponed due to the pandemic.
