The Rock just made an announcement about his next project, Jumanji, that should get fans all excited. He posted this on his Instagram:

And now in two weeks I'll reunite with ol' friends Kevin Hart & Jack Black and we have the honor to introduce a whole new generation to the amazing world of #JUMANJI. (for the record we are NOT making a reboot, but rather a continuation of the awesome JUMANJI story).

There we have it, straight from the horse's mouth. Jumanji was a smash-hit in the 90s when it released. It was one of the most memorable roles of the late Robin Williams. The Rock has been busy with projects since a while now. He has two big releases lined up.

He joined the Fast and the Furious franchise in 2011 and will be seen in Fast 8, which releases in 2017. He will also be seen in the film version of Baywatch, the hit TV series from the 90s.

Buzz is, along with Kevin and Jack, Nick Jonas is part of the cast too.
