Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s song Stuck With U is currently stuck in the minds of fans. As soon as the song released, the fans of the singers worldwide loved the effort to support the relief funds through the song’s collection and supported the cause Justin and Ariana started. As the song has managed to make it to the No. 1 position on the Billboard Top 100 chart, recently, Tekashi 6ix9ine shared a video on his Instagram accusing Ariana Grande of purchasing the top spot on the Billboard charts with song Stuck With U, after landing up on No. 3. Now, Justin and Ariana call out the lies.
Taking to his Instagram stories, calling out Tekashi’s claims that Billboard only counted 31 million streams, Justin Bieber wrote, “He says his streams don’t count. Yes they do but he is counting his global streams and this is a domestic chart so only domestic streams count.” Even though 6ix9ine did not accuse Justin Bieber in the video, the Stuck With U singer went on to react to the claims made at Ariana, that she had submitted 60,000 unites at the last second before the chart was finalized and that six credit cards were used to buy 30,000 of those units. Reacting to the same, Bieber wrote, “He said 30k was bought with 6 credit cards but that is a lie,” and explained further how according to the rules, only one credit card can buy max 4 copies and that anything over that the entire amount gets thrown out.
Moving on, Justin Bieber then went on to defend his massive fan base worldwide and said, “Nielsen company checks this and found all our sales were legit because our fans are amazing and bought them.” He also added, “Don’t discredit our fan base with false info.” Talking about his collaboration with Grande for the First Responders Children’s Foundation, Bieber said, “This is my song with Ariana Grande and I’m honored to work with her to help raise money for a great cause.” Finally, Justin concluded that Tekashi shouldn’t be only picking out on Ariana, but also at him as the song belongs to them both.
Meanwhile, as Justin Bieber called out Tekashi 6ix9ine’s lies, he did not fight Ariana Grande’s battle. Ariana went on to defend herself and put out an explanation on her social media. In her post, Ariana mentioned that her fans brought her song with Justin and there's only that much to that. Read the post below:
