After the much-talked-about split between Marvel Cinematic Universe which was owned by Disney and Sony, the makers have introduced The Night Monkey which was created in Spider-Man: Far From Home.  Meet Peter Parker's European alter-ego while also announcing that Spidey's MCU adventure has come to digital now.

Though the Night Monkey is Spider-Man in a different costume and that this small clip is from Spider-Man: Far From Home movie, Sony introduced this character as a whole new superhero, indicating that Sony has not only controlled the rights to Spider-Man but also Night Monkey. Well, we don't know if that is the case or not but here's the trailer below:

In the trailer, Tom Holland as Peter Parker is seen swinging around in his all-black stealth suit in his European adventure. However, the sad part is that we don't get to him in the iconic red and black upgraded suit, nor does the trailer refer to him as Spider-Man. He is the Night Monkey who helps the citizens and deals with some very mystifying and dangerous threats.

After the sudden exit of Spider-Man from Marvel Cinematic Universe which gave fans a massive shock, had sent the Twitterati into a major meltdown. #SaveSpiderMan was trending the whole time on social media, leaving the fans completely disappointed. According to Slash films, Night Monkey has been all over the news, making headlines after helping the new superhero called Mysterio take on these giant creatures known as Elementals. Now a movie is taking those events and dramatizing them for box office bucks. Tom Holland plays the European superhero, which feels kind of a rip-off of Spider-Man. The film is now available on digital from October 1.
