Deadpool fans have been excited ever since there have been speculations of Ryan Reynold’s character entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While nothing official was announced, there were several interesting stories and theories surrounding it. It all began when Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, shared a photo of himself at Marvel Studios and captioned it, “Auditioned for the role of 'Anthony Stark.' Didn't come even remotely close, but the nice man with the taser escorted me to the ground." Ever since, people have been curious as to what Ryan and Marvel had been discussing. Now, there’s an update for all those waiting for Ryan Reynolds’ inclusion in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and as per reports he will be entering Marvel’s next Phase 4 and will be a part of Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange sequel.
Looks like Deadpool is definitely entering MCU and according to a report in We Got This Covered, the Merc with a Mouth will be a part of Doctor Strange sequel and as Doctor travels through the multiverse, he will run into Deadpool in one of these universes. There are also other reports that suggest that X-Men characters too will be joining as Doctor Strange will visit Fox’s X-Universe. Since this plot only gives little scope for Deadpool’s character, there are also reports that state he will be a part of the post-credits scene.
