Singer Katy Perry is expecting her first child with actor Orlando Bloom. She is due in a few months and that pregnancy glow is really working wonders for her. While everything is all happy now, in 2017, Katy and Orlando had separated for a brief period of time. They had broken up and that's the time when the singer felt very low, also having suicidal thoughts. Yes. That's what she has revealed in her latest interview. The Roar singer has recalled the tough phase in her life and called it 'seismic'.
In an interview with The Sun, Katy shared that it is gratitude that helped her sail through the difficult times. She quoted, "Gratitude is probably the thing that saved my life, because if I did not find that I would have wallowed in my own sadness and probably just jumped." She also spoke about her career that had suffered a hit. She shared, "My career was on this trajectory when it was going up, up and up and then I had the smallest shift, not that huge from an outside perspective. But for me it was seismic. I had given so much out, and it literally broke me in half. I had broken up with my boyfriend, who is now my baby daddy-to-be... so I just crashed."
Well, luckily all fell in place again for Katy and Orlando Bloom as love blossomed between the two. Now, they are looking forward to embracing parenthood together. We can't wait to see the pictures of their newborn soon.
