Almost 6 years after Fast and Furious star Paul Walker’s tragic demise his daughter Meadow takes us back to happier times, reminding us what a free spirited and jovial person, Paul was. This video tribute is an extremely special one and includes footage from Meadow’s personal archives and photo library. It shows Meadow showing up on the film sets to surprise her dad, he gets a little scared at first but then bursts into peals of laughter.
That infectious laugh is enough to make you want to pull out that box of tissues. Paul Walker left for the heavenly abode on November 30, 2013 when his Porsche rammed into a tree in Santa Clarita. Meadow who is now 21, shared the heart wrenching video to her Instagram page with the caption, “I never thought I’d share this. But it felt right. Be good. I love you. Stay safe.”
After being surprised, Paul embraces his daughter in his arms while laughing uncontrollably, saying, “You just scared the hell out of me. Meadow is a private person and doesn’t share many updates on her late father but when she does, they don’t fail to evoke extreme emotions.
Paul Walker is remembered very fondly by the entire cast and crew of Fast and Furious. On his last birth anniversary in September, Vin Diesel took to Paul’s instagram to post a very personal message which just shows that Paul continues to remain a part of everyone’s life.
He wrote, “So much to tell you… so much to share. We threw a party for the crew last night in appreciation for all of their hard work. It was one of those moments that so often in the past we were together smiling and getting everyone drunk, especially Justin. Haha. Who by the way would make you so proud with what he is accomplishing with this film. Nathalie was there, in her loving spirit. Oh, and John Cena was there, who you would just love. His gratitude is palpable… and knowing you, you would just want him to win. This week the studio came to meet about the next chapter, your ears were ringing again. You would have gotten a kick out of the fact that we met in a chapel. It was profound.”
