Amidst the worst COVID-19 pandemic, the film fraternity celebrated movies with no host, no audience, nor face masks for nominees attending The 93rd Academy Award at Los Angeles' Union Station. Just recently, the prestigious award function announced the winners of this year where many incredible films have taken the top honours. Soul won the Best Animated Feature film award. Nomadland bagged the Best Picture award while late actor Chadwick Boseman’s Ma Rainey's Black Bottom owned the Costume Design award.
Filmmaker Chloe Zhao was honoured with Best Director Award for Nomadland whereas Robert Pattinson's Tenet won the Visual Effects Award. The 93rd Academy Awards was airing live on Sunday, April 25 starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on ABC. Check out the winners' list below:
