Twitterati thinks Kourtney Kardashian is candy police, but in her defense, the lifestyle and wellness blogger has cleared the air in the Nov 17 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She says she is not a candy police as Twitter is making her out to be. In the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney revealed that she wanted healthy options for her daughter, alternative for candies, for her daughter Penelope’s Candy Land-themed joint birthday party with Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West. After hearing to this, Twitterati took to social media to slam her for banning fun food for her kids.

Now replying to every tweet, Kourtney made it clear that she’s not stopping her kids from eating candies she’s just going organic. Kourtney Kardashian re-tweeted angry tweets about her banning candies for her kids. A fan tweeted, “You can’t have a candyland themed party without candy….smh. #KUWTK,” Replying to which Kourtney cleared the air and said, “I never said NO candy. I said not all junk food, let’s have some salads etc, and @KimKardashian said she wanted the ice cream truck and I suggested organic ice cream with some non dairy options. When another wrote, “NO SWEETS at a party? Is it even a Candyland party without candy?Hmm She’s just ugh. Hoping she quits the show.” Again, Kourtney reacted on the same and said, “Thanks for being so invested in this sugar plum. I didn’t say No sweets, we had organic cotton candy, and much more. There are healthier candy options. I appreciate your concern about my future as well, may God bless your sweet soul. #KUWTK.”

One of her fans’ tweets read, “They are not even 10yrs old yet girl you need some help. I’m sure you had tons of candy as a child & look how far you’ve come…” She again said, “It’s not the same as it was then. And yes we do have everything in moderation. I didn’t want an overload, and I wanted some healthier options too. I am actually shocked that people are so unaware of how harmful certain foods can be. Wow. #KUWTK”
