At present, the internet is full of news surrounding Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick and his recent check-inn at a rehab. It was being speculated that he sought help over substance abuse; however, none of it was true. As per Scott’s team, he was admitted to deal with the trauma post his parents’ death. However, after pictures of Scott entering the rehab made it to the internet, the reality TV star has left the rehab centre in rage. Not only that, if a report in TMZ is to be believed, but he is also planning to sue the rehabilitation centre for breaching of privacy.

As per the reports, Scott was residing at the All Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado since last Tuesday. Soon after, rumours started floating in that he is there for cocaine and alcohol abuse and that he has had his fair share of struggles with substance abuse in the past. Scott’s lawyer Marty Singer, in a conversation with TMZ, clarified, "In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas."

It is being said that Scott was quarantining in LA; however, he soon realised that he had not properly dealt with his parents’ demise. Marty Singer reveals how Scott’s leaked photos are an ‘outrageous HIPAA violation’.

Reportedly, Scott’s team is sure that the picture was taken by a staff member and not any patient, which could trigger criminal prosecution. The picture was taken while Scott checked inside the facility. Scott's team believes the photo was taken by a staff member and not a patient, and that could trigger criminal prosecution. We're told the photo was taken of Scott upon his check-in to the facility. And now that Scott’s out of the rehab, he is keen on suing them.
