40-year-old comedian Kevin Hart recently suffered a terrifying car accident as his brand new vehicle rammed into a fence on Mulholland Highway in Calabasas. The major car accident left the comedian and his driver being seriously injured and Kevin had to be admitted to a hospital in LA. He incurred major back injuries for which he had to undergo back surgery. And now 10 days after the horrific accident, Kevin Hart has finally been released from the hospital and is on the road to recovery.
A source told People, Kevin Hart had been discharged from the hospital on Wednesday, and is now recovering from his severe back injury in a rehabilitation facility. According to TMZ, Kevin Hart is receiving "intense" physical therapy at the live-in rehabilitation facility. The comedian was with his wife Eniko Parrish and others when the accident took place on September 2 and his driver Jared S Black was behind the wheels. The accident occurred at 1.45 am in the morning. Describing the incident, The Radar Online had mentioned, " (Jared) immediately lost control of the vehicle, and the Plymouth left the road and rolled over down the northern embankment. Two of the three occupants were trapped in the vehicle. The remaining occupant and owner of the vehicle left the scene to his nearby residence to get medical attention.”
Two days ago, Dwayne Johnson had earlier given an update on the premiere show of The Kelly Clarkson Show, and said that everything is good when asked about Kevin. Dwayne was quoted saying, “I spoke with Kevin – I actually refer to him as my son – I connected with him today. And you know what? These things happen in life and thankfully he was strapped in nicely to his car seat.” He further added, “He's bummed he couldn't be here, as you know, but look, I love the guy. He's one of my best friends. Honestly, I mean, thank God, it could've been a lot worse."
