Self isolation practiced by many with the outbreak of COVID-19 also has singer Selena Gomez discovering many things about herself. In conversation with Variety and iHeart podcast The Big Ticket, the singer revealed about being uncomfortable, but later utilized this time learning about her country and ultimately feeling good. The singer also revealed of being on her own since she was teenager. Followed by doing things which she would have otherwise done, meanwhile she also shed light on her album, Revival.
Selena said, “It’s definitely the most time I’ve spent on my own probably since I was 16. At first it was super uncomfortable, more so because of the anxiety I was carrying because of everything that is happening. I also feel like I got the opportunity to learn a lot about my country in ways that I never have before.”During the quarantine she also gave a tour of her home sweet home to her followers and also spoke about her mental care routine in an Instagram video.
She added, “I feel like I’ve gained a sense of knowledge and a sense of feeling good about saying what I’m saying, and I feel good about what I’m standing by, and I’m not going to let other opinions conduct what I feel personally.”
