Earlier on March 13, Justin took to his social media to share a picture of him with a friend. Now, an international photographer Robert Barbara has taken legal action against Justin Bieber for copyright infringement of the picture he shared on his social media.
Justin Bieber has gotten into a copyright violation case for a picture he posted on Instagram with friend Rich Wilkerson and himself on March 13. International photographer Robert Barbera has filed litigation against Justin Bieber over copyright violation for a picture the singer shared on his Instagram. According to a report in E!News, the photographer said that the action was taken when Justin used a copyrighted picture, owned and registered under the name of Robert Barbera. While Barbera is and has always been the rightful and sole owner of the picture, the documents also stated the same. Meanwhile, the report stated that according to the court documents, the I Don’t Care singer did not seek permission from the photographer to publish the picture online on a social media platform, neither did he license the photo for his Instagram page from Robert Barbara.
