American actor Johnny Depp recently made headlines after he won the high-profile defamation case against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. The jury ruled that Amber defamed Johnny by calling herself a victim of domestic abuse and thus awarded Johnny $15 million in damages. Days after his big win, the actor announced collaborating with guitarist Jeff Beck. Yes, you read that right! Johnny and Jeff are teaming up again for an upcoming album.
Depp announced his new project at Jeff’s concert.

As per a report in Deadline, Jeff revealed that he and Johnny’s new album will release in the following month. Interestingly, the project marks their second outing together. At London's iconic Royal Albert Hall, the guitarist gushed over his bond with Depp and told the crowd, “I met this guy (Johnny) five years ago and we've never stopped laughing since. We actually made an album. I don't know how it happened. It will be out in July.” ALSO READ: Johnny Depp WINS Defamation Trial Against Amber Heard: Welcomes Jury’s Verdict, Says ‘They Gave Me My Life Back’, Actor Awarded $15m In Compensation

However, in May 2016, they ruled headlines after Amber filed for divorce from Johnny and obtained a temporary restraining order against him. She accused Johnny of domestic violence and physical abuse while under the influence of drugs and alcohols.
